I am adapting from my visits to Hobsonville an ongoing doc of each of my target students it is set up to involve the student and eventually their whanau to keep them informed of next learning steps and progress made. I will make notes with the student involving them to talk aobut what their goal is and if they have achieved it. As we do / or after a conference I will alert whanau with an email so they can read about our conversations about the learning as they happen.
